Here at Elegant Oricha LLC we want to provide the best shopping experience possible.  So if for any reason you aren't 100% Satisfied  with your purchase, then please follow these steps for a prompt return of money or merchandise exchange:

You must send back the unused product with all packing materials in new condition.  You must prepay the shipping on the item of return. No COD's please.  As Soon as we receive it and examine the contents we will promptly do as you wish with a refund or credit.

No items may be returned after 30 days. Credit will be equal to the amount of the original purchase price of the product including sales tax (if applicable).  Any original shipping fees will not be refunded.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase  Elegant Oricha LLC shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the calculated refund as stated above.

Returns will be processed on a weekly basis.  All merchandise credits will be processed within 2 weeks of our receipt of the returned item. Please complete the order return form and place it along with a copy of  your original receipt and the item being returned in a shipping box.  Please ensure that the item being returned is packaged properly to prevent any damage during shipping.

It is the customer's responsibility to open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the carrier. Shipping carriers will not honor late claims.

Custom or Special Orders

Elegant Oricha LLC  is capable of producing custom designs made to our customer's specifications. However, because these designs are specific to one person's request, these Custom Orders are not returnable.

All orders are prepaid. Should the custom order be cancelled by the customer at any point during  production, a 50% cancellation fee will be forfeited by the customer. Any additional fees will be applied.
